Award winning Donna Thompson-Smith, now sole owner and original founder of Le Vacherin Chiswick has partnered up with her long standing General Manager Marco Cristaldi and his friend and business partner Gabriele Gori to lead the team at Le Vacherin Deli. Marco has trained within the best fine dining establishments in London and his consultancy company has helped countless restaurants to grow and thrive.
Gabriele started his career in food retail and then helped the expansion of several key high street players before opening his own consultancy company in 2014.These passionate operators have joined forces to bring you the best French food you can get!

At Le Vacherin Deli you can find a unique range of charcuterie and cheeses sourced directly from farmers and butchers across France’s Southwest; accompanied by a beautiful range of premium Champagnes, Crémants and a great selection of white and red French wines.
