The baerii caviar comes from the commonly known Siberian sturgeon. This species is originally from the Caspian Sea and its known for having a creamy texture and refined brown hue. It is one of the smaller sturgeon species reaching up to 40 kilograms in weight.

Offers beautiful intense flavours with the essence of nuts and buttery tones. Eggs vary from small to medium in size. Colour ranges from black to olive or brown.

Caviar is a food consisting of salt-cured roe of the family Acipenseridae. Caviar is considered a delicacy and is eaten as a garnish or a spread. Traditionally, the term caviar refers only to roe from wild sturgeon in the Caspian Sea and Black Sea.
