TASTING NOTES
Colour: Bright pale gold with very fine bubbles
Nose: Expressive. Toasted bread aromas with apricot characters.
Palate: Elegant and complex. Well integrated, fine bubbles. Yellow fruits and biscuit aromas with good intensity.
It is marvellously balanced with the delicacy and freshness of the Chardonnay and the character and fruit of the Pinot Noir.
Length/finish: Long, ample, harmonious with a fresh finish.
