Sugar, almonds 30%, honey 19%, glucose syrup, unleavened bread (potato starch, water), egg albumin, natural vanilla flavour.

Description:

Originally a Roman cake of honey and nuts, nougat in its current form appeared in the 17th century in Montélimar. Thus, the real nougat, pride and international fame of the Montiliens, composed of grilled almonds, pistachios and honey, delights young and old and is offered as a gift as was once done to the kings of France.
