Set up in 1962 in the Bastide of Villefranche de Rouergue, in the heart of the Aveyron region, Sacor is a key player among the regional producers of dry cured meats in the South-West of France. Born in Villefranche-de-Rouergue in 1962, these salting shops are worth the detour. Top-of-the-range sausage (no less than 40 recipes, 100% noble pieces), sold for export, in supermarkets and restaurants. Traditional and regional recipes, everything is very well done, it is a real family business, and you can feel it!
