Gruyère de Savoie - 250g
Gruyère de Savoie is a hard cheese from high Alpine summer cow's milk, made in the Hautes Savoie region of France. In terms of taste, it lies somewhere between Emmental and Comté. It is an extremely versatile everyday cheese that is perfect for fondue, a cheese board or a humble sandwich.
It is cut fresh and wrapped in 250gm portions for maximum freshness.
