Crème de marrons d’Ardèche- Chestnut spread from Ardèche – Reflets de France, 325g


Cane sugar, chestnuts, water, pieces of chestnuts, vanilla extract. Prepared with 37 g of chestnuts and 7 g of pieces of chestnuts per 100 g of finished product.


Chestnut, present in Ardèche for 8 million years, has been cultivated by monks since the 11th century. Called the breadfruit tree because it feeds people all year round, it is also "the tree of providence". In him, everything is good: fruit, wood, leaves. For generations, the chestnut fruit of the chestnut tree known as "the fruit of the poor", has helped to fight against famines in the country. The Reflets de France chestnut cream is made from a selection of the best Ardèche varieties, respecting tradition, and know-how.
