Ingredients: Wheat flour, baking yeast selected tumble salt-Herb.


Descripition: This package contains: 2 sachets of 250g of preparation and 2 sachets of 5g of baker's yeast packaged in a protective atmosphere, allowing you to make 2 pizzas of approximately 6 portions.


To add to my bag:

- 15cl of lukewarm water

- 3 tablespoons of olive oil (30g)


Preparation: 15 min - Baking: 15 to 20 min



1) I preheat the oven to 240 ° C (Th.8). In a salad bowl, I pour the contents of a sachet and I dig a well. I pour a sachet of baker's yeast into it, then lukewarm water and olive oil.


2) I mix for a few minutes with a wooden spoon, until forming a ball of dough.


3) I spread my ball of dough with lightly floured fingertips directly into a pizza pan.


4) I garnish as I wish and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
