Corsican peach & honey jam, 110g


A delicious combination of two summer fruits with the tasty PDO honey from Corsica, the Extra Jam from Corsica Charles Antona Peach-Apricot Honey is a real pleasure for your taste buds. To be enjoyed with pancakes as well as with cheeses such as brocciu, faisselle or even fresh cheese for a gourmet and refined dessert.


Prepared with 60g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g. Ingredients: fruits (peaches 25%, apricots 25%), cane sugar 40%, glucose syrup, Corsican honey A.O.P. 1.4%, gelling agent: fruit pectin, lemon juice. Made in a workshop using nuts and milk. Keep cool after opening. Can be enjoyed with an AOC brocciu or fresh cheese faisselles.
