With the plantation of organic fig trees on our land “Campestra”, 25km from Ajaccio I keep this spirit. Recently, I wanted that this know-how for the quality and the safety and regularity of every production should be recognized and certified. Corsican clementine jam
Naturally sun-drenched, the Corsican Extra Jam Charles Antona with Clementine is a true concentrate of vitamins with subtle and slightly tart flavors. The clementines in this recipe benefit from the European label; sign of origin and quality, IGP (Protected Geographical Indication). To be enjoyed ideally on slices of toast for a gourmet break.
Prepared with 60g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g. Ingredients: clementines, 40% cane sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice, gelling agent: fruit pectin. Made in a workshop using nuts and milk. Despite all our care, this jam may contain a glitch. Keep cool after opening.
