It is IGP (Protected Geographical Indication) certified, which guarantees you respect for the manufacture of the product, respect for the production area but also for the origin of the raw materials. Our brioche is braided by hand, pure butter and produced in the Boufféré factory in Vendée. The flour, butter and eggs are 100% French from the West and the Center.”
