French truffle -Artisanal truffle oil Galis -100ml

In the north of Vaucluse, in the village of Uchaux, our company is ideally located halfway between Richerenche and Carpentras where the most important truffle markets in France take place every week. Cultivating and harvesting truffles are real passions for Jérôme Galis, who actively participates in research and new techniques in his plantations and nursery. His past as a cook and his love of good products led him to experiment with forgotten vegetables and new varieties: heirloom tomatoes, squash and especially asparagus.
