Ingredients:

Pork Chaudin, pork stomach, onion 2.4%, salt 2.8%, preservative: sodium nitrite, spices and aromatic plants 0.16% (pepper 0.12%, nutmeg, marjoram, thyme), husk: natural pork casing. All these ingredients are of French origin except the preservative, spices and aromatic plants.

Description:

The andouillette from Troyes Reflets de France, formerly meaning "little andouille", is prepared according to the traditional process. It is seasoned with fresh onions, salt, pepper, spices and aromatic plants. It requires 5 hours of cooking and cools in its broth. the Troyes andouillette is then cut as desired to be tasted.
