 In the 1960s, my father was selling food from a little truck across many Corsican villages. Since then, my large family has carried on this tradition through gourmet restaurants, hotels, shops, and supermarkets. From childhood onwards, I followed in my family’s footsteps.

Nougat is a bit like our Madeleine de Proust, eaten nougat in childhood creates memories, and eating adult plunges us back into childhood.

Nougat Torrone with almonds and Corsican honey P.D.O. Ingredients: ALMONDS (22%) (Origin U.S.A.), glucose syrup, inverted sugar, cane sugar, icing sugar (sugar, starch), Corsican honey P.D.O. (8%), fondant (sugar, glucose, water), EGG white, unleavened bread (potato starch, water), vanilla extracts. May contain traces of WALNUTS and HAZELNUTS. Conserve in a fresh and dry environment.
