In Chablis, the Ellevin family crafts classic expressions of Chardonnay. As far back as the history of the family, the Ellevin’s have always cultivated vines. It was in 1975 that Jean-Pierre developed the family Domaine and specialized in the vinification of Chardonnay.
Today 4th generation winemaker, Alexandre Ellevin charts the path for high quality driven wines made with a respect for the characteristics of Chablis.
Tasting Notes: Fragrant, delicate nose with aromas of white flowers. Interesting ttexture. A concentrated palate of pleasant length, which offers a beautiful minerality and acidic finish.
Serve With: Excellent with grilled fish, shellfish, and oysters as well as glazed pork and mild cheeses.
