Chateau le Juge Les Mingets - Sauternes 2019 is a rich and intense dessert wine from the Graves region of Bordeaux's Sauternes and Barsac districts. The vineyards benefit from their proximity to the Garonne River, which promotes the development of noble rot, essential in the production of these unique dessert wines. The wine is prepared from hand-harvested Semillon grapes and aged in oak barriques.

It has a rich and elegant flavour profile with notes of caramelised fruits, pear, melon, and almond. The wine is balanced by a refreshing acidity and is a great pairing with rich pates, honey roast chicken, creme brulee and blue cheeses.
