Burrata is filled with 100% buffalo milk stracciatella. Stracciatella is formed by mozzarella strips (“stracciata” spun cheese curd), with the addition of fresh cream.
A trendy product, with a semi-handmade production.
Ingredients:
Pasteurized buffalo MILK, buffalo MILK cream, salt, rennet. Keep refrigerated between +2 and +8°C.
