 In the 1960s, my father was selling food from a little truck across many Corsican villages. Since then, my large family has carried on this tradition through gourmet restaurants, hotels, shops, and supermarkets. From childhood onwards, I followed in my family’s footsteps.

Ingredients

Pork fat, chicken liver, duck meat 20%, pork meat, clementines 8%, onions, aperitif based on “Cap Corse” wine 2% white mistelle from Corsica, plant extract including cinchona and WALNUT husk, water, preservatives: E223 (SULPHITES), E202, wine brandy, salt.
