After the truffled white pudding, we wanted to replace the truffle with our foie gras and we discovered a delight.

You can consume it as an aperitif, accompanied by a glass of champagne or a sweet white wine, as a starter, or as a main course accompanied by applesauce.

It is ideal for the end of year celebrations but also for treating yourself.

Our Boudin Blanc with duck foie gras, winner of the Epicures 2024 prize, was awarded the bronze medal.

After the truffled white pudding (still on sale), Maison Huchin wanted to offer a new recipe based on 20% duck foie gras and we can safely say that they had a great idea. A real delight made from pigs born and raised in Hauts de France (shoulder and belly) generously stuffed with foie gras and flavored with Houle juniper powder. In the mouth, we find a creaminess and a combination of new and very attractive flavors.  Serve as an aperitif, accompanied by a glass of champagne or a sweet white wine, as a starter, or as a main course with applesauce.

Ingredients: please read the label when received, 20% foie gras, rest boudin blanc.
