Once upon a time, Jules Bordeau and Anna Chesnel, two lovers from Sarthois, whose passion for charcuterie took the art of making rillettes further than ever. After getting married, the two lovebirds opened an artisanal charcuterie in Yvré L’Evêque, near Le Mans. They worked hard and tried to differentiate themselves, for example by delivering their products by bicycle. One day, they had a genius idea: using lighter paraffin honey pots. They could offer their rillettes to travelers on the Paris-Rennes train line, which popularized their products. Today, the company has evolved significantly. But the recipe for success has remained the same: combining audacity and innovation!
