With the plantation of organic fig trees on our land “Campestra”, 25km from Ajaccio I keep this spirit. Recently, I wanted that this know-how for the quality and the safety and regularity of every production should be recognized and certified. Corsican figs jam, 110g
The Mediterranean fruit par excellence, the fig is a fine fruit much appreciated for its melting texture and its sweet taste. The Corsican Extra Jam Charles Antona with Fig goes well with savory flavors such as goat cheese or even foie gras that the fig sublimates divinely. But for the most greedy, it can be eaten directly with a spoon or on a nice slice of four quarters!
Prepared with 55g of fruit for 110g. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g. Ingredients: figs, 40% cane sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice, gelling agent: fruit pectin. Made in a workshop using nuts and milk. Keep cool after opening. Can be enjoyed with goat cheese.
