Ingredients:
Cane sugar, oranges 21g. clementine 21g, gelling agent: pectins, acidifier: citric acid. For 100g of finished product: prepared with 42g of fruit and total sugar content: 61g. May contain traces of nuts and milk.
Description:
Proud of their island, the Corsicans pick the Orange and Clementine edged with its two deep green leaves, when they perfume the scrub with their scent of myrtle and citrus.
Cooked in a copper bowl with just the right amount of cane sugar, the fruits then exhale all their fragrance and the memory of our childhood jams.
