Description:
For a dozen pancakes: 1 sachet of Francine preparation, 1 half liter of milk, 1 tablespoon of oil or 25g of butter, a pan. Pour half a liter of milk into a bowl and then the contents of the sachet while stirring with a whisk. Add 1 tablespoon of oil or 25g of melted butter, mix for a few moments with a whisk. Heat the pan (without excess) and lightly grease between each pancake (or as soon as necessary) using a lightly oiled paper towel. Wait until the first side is well cooked before turning it over with a spatula.
