The combination of a delicate yet powerful in season Winter truffle married with the creamy, nutty Brie, delivers a delightful and addictive ‘melt in the mouth’ cheese experience!

The best truffle cheeses are made only with fresh truffles, which are best in season, through November to March – so now is the perfect time to sample this treat of a cheese. Brie is a soft cow's-milk cheese named after Brie, the French region from which it originated. It is pale in colour with a slight grayfish tinge under a rind of white mould. The rind is typically eaten, with its flavour depending largely upon the ingredients used and its manufacturing environment.
