Tommette Laious, 800g


The Laious is an artisanal cheese made with ewe's milk. It has a solid pleasantly rustic flavour and aroma, and easily holds its own against the bigger cheeses.Tommette Laious is produced in the Basque Country of southern France. It is a semi-hard ewe’s milk cheese that is matured for about three months to create a rich and toasty flavour, hinting at butterscotch and hazelnuts. Similar to Ossau Iraty, Tommette Laious is wonderfully aromatic and releases its rich flavour as it melts in the mouth.
