Chebris is a fantastic complex, nutty, caramely, creamy example of craftmanship. It is the result of a perfect combination of goat and ewe’s milks! This cheese has a firm yet still smooth texture with a sweet flavour, balanced with a cleansing acidity coming from the goats milk. With a wonderful combination of both milks, this cheese has a fudgey texture classic of a semi hard alpine cheese with a creamy nuttiness, yet a cleansing acidity coming from the goats milk. Definitely one of the top mixed milk cheeses.
